Doom 3 Resurrection of Evil Easter Egg - Hellanoid Goatse

Play through Erebus Level 4 until you find the Hellanoid arcade machine and start playing. When you get to level 3 in the minigame, the brick setup will be based on the infamous Goatse shock website.
