Adobe Illustrator CS3 Easter Egg - The About Screen
After starting up Adobe Illustrator CS3, hold [CTRL] and [ALT] and navigate to "Help" > "About Illustrator...". Instead of the normal orange box you can see the face of a woman. This is a common easter egg which is in a lot of Adobe products.
