Futurama Easter Egg - Radiator?

During Fry's funeral scene, all of Fry's girlfriends from previous episodes are shown. Included, at the far left, is the radiator referenced in episode 19, "The Lesser of Two Evils". In that episode, Fry bragged "I don't know about you two losers, but I just made out with that radiator woman from the radiator planet." At which point Leela informs him "Fry, that's a radiator," and then Fry asks "Is there a burn-ward within 10 feet of here?"
