Pokemon Easter Egg - Pokemon Mailing System or...?

In the Princess Day episode of Pokemon, near the start, Misty is talking to Ash and Brock, in a side-on position. Now look at the pink billboard on a building with the purple letters; it says "PMS," which most people know what that means, but for Pokemon it's Pokemon Mailing System.
