CSI: New York Easter Egg - Producer Targeted?

One of the cases in the episode "Fare Game" is about "Water gun warfare," in which participants are given photographs of others to shoot with water guns.

In one scene, Flack looks at a suspect's collection of targets, and one of the photographs is of a bald man. That man is Timothy J. Lea, the show's supervising producer.
