Jungle Book, The Easter Egg - The snake becomes Mickey

I have seen this movie twice on Disney Channel. I noticed that in one scene, I don't remember if it is after Balu and Mougli sing their song of fruit. Then the snake is hit by some black fruit with thorns; the snake becomes as Mickey Mouse because three units of that fruit remain on its head and on its nose becoming the ears and the nose of the mouse.
