Ratatouille Easter Egg - Mime-voyage

In the part of the movie where Linguini and Colette are spending quality time together while roller-skating in the streets of Paris, look in the background- you should see a mime doing the classic glass box gestures.
Look closely; it's Bombvoyage, the infamous villain from Incredibles whom gave Mr Incredible trouble in his early days as a superhero.
Brad Bird, the director of both pixar films Ratatouille and the Incredibles obviously put this in as an "inner joke" for the more alert viewers.
