Splinter Cell Double Agent Easter Egg - Reference to Shawshank Redemption (kind of)

Okay, in splinter cell DA, on the prison level, the one where you escort Jamie Washington out, if u look to your left you'll see a poster that says "down the rabbit hole", which can be used to tear it and then climbed through, which is fairly similar to how Shawshank redemption was, Andy (the main guy) had a huge hole behind a poster in his cell.
