The Simpsons Movie Easter Egg - The Ambulance Is Still There
Towards the end of the movie, after Bart and Homer cross the Springfield Gorge on their motorcycle, they stand and talk for a moment. Behind them on the right you can see a tree with a white vehicle crashed into it. This is the ambulance that crashed while carrying away an injured Homer on episode 21, "Bart The Daredevil".
