Crackdown Easter Egg - Apocalypse Now & Full Metal Jacket

Voice actor Michael McConnohie who supplies the voice for the Agency Director can be heard at various points in the game making reference to the two classic war films Apocalypse Now & Full Metal Jacket.

When the player is on fire he can be heard to quip, "I love the smell of Agent in the morning!"

When the player attacks a civilian/law enforcer he may say angrily, "What is your major malfunction Agent?"

His voice is so incredibly distinctive the first time I heard him speak in-game it prompted me to ID him from a vid a I had seen months earlier. Turns out I was correct - McC did in-fact act as the narrarator to that infamous Tom Cruise Scientology video from 2004. Compare the two and you'll hear it no doubt.
