Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories Easter Egg - Sausage Factory

In the Portland industrial estate in Trenton there is a factory with a sign on top that says "Don Kiddick's Sausage Factory" (the same factory that will be "B**ch'n dog food factory in GTA:III). Spot the joke? Say "Don Kiddick" out loud and you should get it. ;)

But that's not the only part to this egg, just to the left of the sign there is a logo showing a sausage entering an open mouth with the slogan "Don Kiddick's - just like yo' mama's". How insulting?!
