Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories Easter Egg - Ray the Otter
In Little Havana near the movie theatre there is a large billboard advertising a movie called "Ray The Otter" and pictures a smoking otter. This may be a reference to Ray Liotta who voiced Tommy Vercetti in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
