All right, this is how you get the secret level. Open Medal of Honor Allied Assault. Press the ~ key. Now that you have the console brought down, type in "maplist" (without quotes). Scroll down until you locate m4|0. Double-click. When it loads you should start off with a Thompson, BAR, M1 Garand, and of course grenades. One of your objectives is to find some Allied soldiers, among them is a medic who gives you health when you need it, as long as he is not killed. Remember there are many packs of dogs.
