Doom 3 Easter Egg - Grin Within the Skeleton\Zombie Face
As stated in the scary face, if you look closely, you see a skeleton/zombie face with one eye and an open mouth. But, if you look even closer, you see the original doom guy grinning within while being swallowed by the face. You must have a quick eye, because it only lasts a split second.
