This game is built with packed files. If im not completely mistaken the extension of these files is pk3.

You need to open the largest file. The easiest way is to just rename it (to .zip) and open it with XP's own tools..

then you need to find the skin for Kyle Katarn. Copy the file for his face and just watch it.
