Simpsons, The Easter Egg - Hermans' Head

In the episode where Bart throws Lisas' giant tomato at Principal Skinner just before the science fair and her new idea is to do tests on a hamster... Lisa laughs at her mental picture of bart (as a hamster) getting stuck in a maze. When Marge asks her what she is laughing at she replys "Oh just something I saw on Hermans Head"
The voice of lisa is of course done by a character from the TV show Hermans' Head.

As an addendum to this egg, Yeardley Smith, who played Louise in the series, "Herman's Head", made a comment in that series (can't remember which ep it was) to someone on the phone that she does not sound like Lisa Simpson, which of course, she supplies the voice to.

Actually, Lisa complains that she does not sound like a 30 year old woman, and on Hermans Head Yeardly Smith complains that she does not sound like a 7 year old girl.

Also Hank Azaria who provides the voices of Moe, Apu and some other characters, played Herman's best friend Jay in Herman's Head.

Wow, that makes a lot more sense than something being found on Herman's (the munitions store owner) head. That has confused me for a while.

In "Marge vs. Singles, Seniors, Childless Couples and Teens and Gays" Comicbook Guy says "I only sign petioions to bring back old sitcoms like Herman's Head" Hank and Yeardly were both on the show.
