On "Shine On You Crazy Diamond (Parts VI-IX)" At 12 minutes and 7 seconds on the song, Richard Wright plays a refrain from the Pink Floyd song "See Emily Play" from 1967. This is especially sentimental to the band, since "SOYCD" is dedicated to Pink Floyd's co-founder Syd Barrett, and "See Emily Play" is Barrett's best known single, hitting #6 on the British charts
