Grand Theft Auto 3 Easter Egg - Driver Reference
There is a mission in GTA3 named two face tanner(Tanner being the main character in the Driver series)in which you must chase a man down in his car and kill him.Also the mission giver describes him as a "strangely animated character". Because of Tannner's odd walking style.
