Supernatural Easter Egg - Supernatural Title Sequences
On disc 6 of the season 1 DVD set, under "Special Features", on the main special features menu, highlight "Stills Gallery". O the picture to the left, Jensen Ackles' eyes will turn yellow. Using the directional buttons, go left and his eyes will get even brighter. Hit enter and it will bring up a couple rejected opening title sequences for the show.
