Incredibles, The Easter Egg - Disney Patient?
As Bob (Mr. Incredible) and Rick the government guy are heading towards the elevator to leave the hospital, a nurse wheels a bed in front of them with what looks like a small boy. It is the same boy that was used in the scare simulator in "Monsters Inc."
