Civilization 3 Easter Egg - Editor Help Egg
If you go to the Civilization 3 editor, and click on Help... Help Topics, it will open up a standard Help window. Scroll down or search for "notyoueither" exactly(without quotes).
Theres one bullet that says "The beer was great, thanks!"
