X-Men 3: The Last Stand Easter Egg - Lee and Claremont Cameo

During the scene where Professor X and Magneto visit the young Jean Grey, both Stan Lee and Chris Claremont appear as Jean Grey's neighbours.
Lee is credited as the "Waterhose man" in the credits.

Both Stan Lee and Chris Claremont had a hand in creating the X-Men comics that we know today.
