Listen to Garage Inc. Disc 2 and go to track 5 which is the medley Last Caress/Green Hell, both songs by The Misfits. Wait until the end of Green Hell and wait a few seconds. Then you can here Lars drumming the into to the Iron Maiden song "Run to the Hills" and then the guitars and bass join in after a few seconds. However they are out of tune while playing so it does not sound exactly the same. Metallica does not play the whole song, just 18 seconds or so.
