True Crime: New York City Easter Egg - Smiling Toilet

Wait for a crime that involves going into someones room, like domestic dispute. After you arrest the perp, go into the bathroom. Sometimes the toilet seat will be down, so it doesn't work.

But if the toilet seat is up, there will be poop in the shape of a smiley face in it. Shoot it until it breaks and the toilet will start gushing up dirty water and the smiley face will turn into a sad face.

I've done this many times, but sometimes the toilet just breaks instead of gushing up water, so you might need to try another house/apartment.
