Play Quake and when you are feeling bored open up the console. Then type in "map e1m8" (no qoutation marks) and you will find yourself in a very twisted place indeed! Highlights include giants being crucified and no sense of gravity. Enjoy!

This is actually a secrete level in “The Grisly Grotto”, “E1M4”. You can find it by going into the tower. You should find a room with five plates in the floor. Step on the plates and a door on each side will open. There is a hole behind the doors. Jump into each hole and press the contacts. A massage will appear, “a secrete cave has opened”. Go back to the big pond and dive under. You should be able to find the secrete cave.

Once I found this level, it was the one I played most in the game. Maybe someone will read this and create a game based on a low gravity premise.

This is not an easter egg. Tt is indeed as yet another secret in the grisley grotto. Then you go to a room with a pool of water looking slime and a light (which is a motion sensor), run through the light and two doors at the walls will open go in them kill the ogres and push each button it will say a secret door has opened. go back into the humongous pool of water you encounter at the first part of the level and on the wall you will see a huge hole. go through and there will be a grenade launcher and a huge portal leading to, guess, Zigurat Vertigo.
