The 1138 reference in Revenge of the Sith has been found!
On the DVD, (I guess it can be seen in the movie as well, but I never saw it then) if you go to Chapter 29, which starts with Anakin and the clones marching on the Jedi Temple, the scene then goes back to Utapau. There some clones are fighting and one shoots a spider droid. Right after that, they show a droid (the same type as the droids in episode 1) and there on his back is.... yep... It's the 1138, clear as a bell.
