In the Fairly Oddparents movie Abra-Catastrophe, When you get to the part where Crocker and Timmy shrink to sub-atomic (I think that's what he called it) size, look at the man holding the pencil. You can see that it is a cartoonish version of Butch Hartman! And he looks really bored...
