Painkiller Easter Egg - Cargo Boxes Reference
In the level 'Military Base', there are several cargo containers lying around in stacks. The red ones have a label stripe on the side - called 'Universal Exports'.
This is the fake company James Bond uses as a cover in the James Bond Films!
