Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas Easter Egg - Royal Flush

OK, this is the part where Johnny Depps character has arrived at the tent of the Mint 400 race. When he is at the bar talking to (I guess another jouranlist) then all of a sudden everyone at the poker table drops everything and runs out the tent. If you notice the guy directly in front of the camera throws away a Royal Flush!! I don't know what was so important...but i would have stayed to play 1 more hand!!!
