War of The Worlds (2005) Easter Egg - Van Buren and Grandparents

In the moments when the first aliens come out (when Ray (Tom Cruise) is there) there is a shot where you can see a Street sign above his left shoulder, the streets same is Van Buren. This is the last name of Sylvia Van Buren who was a character in the first War of the Worlds movie (1953). Also, the actress, Ann Robinson is in this version of the film, she plays the grandmother of Ray's Children, the grandfather is played by Gene Barry who also has a part in the original film as Dr. Clayton Forrester.
