GE brand Caller ID Unit Easter Egg - Hidden Test Sequence

Hold down the two review buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. On my caller ID (and my friends), it shows "Version 3.60" and begins a test sequence. Once it is over, you can hold the delete key, and it will display the words "Thompson Vision". Leave it alone for a minute or two, and it goes back to normal.

I thought this was pretty cool, it must be something they use in the factory to see if the display is working properly. I don't know if it works with the kind of caller ID built-into GE phones, though.
