Stronghold reads the system time and will comment on the length of time you play (Arent you hungry my lord, how about a snack my lord) or the late hour (arent you tired my lord)
However if the date is 25th Dec, the game will wish you " A merry christmas my lord"
Someone actually went to the trouble of recording that wav.
