World of Warcraft Easter Egg - Hemet Nesingwary

In Stranglethorn Vale, in the Northeast, you can find Hemet Nesingwary and his friends. All of these are famous writers: Hemet Nesingwary is Ernest Hemingway. Who Knows who the rest of the people are? (i.e. Barnil Stonepot etc.).

Ajeck Rouak is Jack Kerouac; S.J Erlgadin is J D Salinger. Also, the fishing trainer in Booty Bay is named Old Man Hemming- a reference to Hemminway's Old Man and the Sea.

The achievements received from doing all the quests based around his various hunting parties are also Easter eggs. Hills like White Ellek is a reference to hills like White elephants, Green hills of stranglethorn is a reference to green hills of Africa and finally Snows of Northrend is a reference to Snows of Killamonjaro
