Insert Disc 2: Special Features. Highlight "The Star Trek Universe" and press Enter. Highlight "Jerry Goldsmith: A Tribute" and press Right. A small circle will highlight on the right side of the screen. Press Enter.
You will see an interview with Ethan Phillips (aka Neelix on Star Trek: Voyager), who had an uncredited cameo role in Star Trek: First Contact as the Maitre D' in the scene in the Holodeck.
