At the beginning of the movie at the halloween party Crawl (Pauly Shore) walks into a room and runs into a guy and hands him a frog, the guy then takes a lighter to it and bites it. This guy is Brendan Fraser. Brendan Fraser and Pauly Shore co-starred in another movie call "Encino Man", in which Brendan Fraser's character has a weird obsession with a lighter.
