Press play on the CD, and a voice should say "Hey, lick the tip why doncha", then The Manifesto begins. If you rewind the CD to -4.07, there is a track about going on holiday, which begins with Adam Hussein and the boys going through a checklist of what they need and ends with the American gangster voice saying something.
