Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King Extended Version Easter Egg - Crew Cameo Including Pete Jackson
just after Legolas, Gimli and Aragorn run out the cave from seeking the help of the ghosts they spot the ships with the pirates on, on close up of the ships crew they are none other that the films actual crew including Peter Jackson who you see get shot by Legolas's arrow.
