Cruella de Vil gets Lars to paint her the perfect painting to satisfy her obsession with spots. About 32:19 into the movie he paints and shows her a painting, which is a Hidden Mickey. It happens fast, so you have to pause it and go frame by frame. He stands up and his face covers the head but not the ears right after it is shown.
