On the last track 'Pause it and turn it up', the actual song lasts for about 4.20 mins, but there is a huge pause, for about 18 minutes when there is just silence. then about 18 minutes later, some rather disturbing sounds are introduced and Simon tells a rather emotion and gorgeous poem, dedicated i think to his late mother.

If you played this track in Windows Media Player etc. you will notice the fact that the song is 25.31 mins long, its easy to stream your way through until the end to find the hidden poem, which is not very long, only about a minute. This poem is called 'Tradition Feed'.
