Disk two. At the Main Menu are Four possible selections. With the upper left corner choice hi-lighted hit the left arrow key once. An arrow will appear at the bottom right corner choice. Hit enter. A screen appears prompting you to enter the five digit "demonlover" code. Enter the proof of purchase number located on the upper right hand corner on the back of the DVD Box (15229 on my copy.) "Access Granted" will flash on the screen and you will view an extended sequence of the Hellfire Club bonus footage.
