Metal Gear Solid Easter Egg - Kill Rats

If you return to the place where you first fought against Sniper Wolf, and if you start shooting rats that run through the metal bar, you will get a CODEC call from Cnel. Campbell telling you to stop killing rats and stop the nuclear launch.

If you continue to kill rats, you will get another CODEC call, but only this time from Naomi. She does a small psychological analysis and tells you to stop killing rats.

If you again persist in killing rats, you will get the same calls over and over again. Cool, huh?
