Buy a single teleporter or set 2 of them to different color codes. Go to the transporter and transport. You will not be teleported but will come out of it with a sim with no skin showing all veins arteries and internal organs. But not to worry, to get back to normal just sleep, shower, change clothes or swim and you will be restored to your normal clothing and skin with no harm to skills or needs
