Freaks and Geeks Easter Egg - Mike White Cameo and SCTV References

In the Halloween episode,Joe Flagherty's character is told to put on a Dracula costume.This obviously refers to Joe's earlier career on SCTV in the early 80's.He played Count Floyd,a stressed out Saturday night horror TV show host that dressed up like a vampire.Also,in the episode when the parents break into their daughter's diary,the mom reads a threatening message at the first page of the diary and Joe goes "Ooh,how scary!".That was a Count Floyd line.And not to mention that Joe's character's name is Floyd!
In the episode when Kim invites Lindsey over to her house.Mike White,the producer of the show,plays Kim's cousin,the guy who sleeps on the couch all day.You can't miss it.Right after Kim runs out of the house,there's a close up shot of Mike White.
