Insert Disc Two of An Evening With Kevin Smith.
Go to the Scene Selection menu.
Highlight the rounded arrow in the middle of the screen between the two boots.
On your remote, press the Down Arrow twice.
This should highlight Kevin Smith's shoe.
Press enter and enjoy.
