Under The Influence (Eminem) Easter Egg - Song Within a Song?

Most of us who have listened to this song has heard the part where Bizzare says "I'm ripped, I'm on an acid trip, My dj's in a coma for letting the record skip, letting the record skip, letting the record skip..." Well... right after that there is a sound of a guy saying "damn" and a jumble of high speed sounds, then the music continues... If you crop out the portion of the high speed jumbles and reverse it, open it in windows sound recorder and play it a 200% decreased speed... you will actually hear the words of another rap song... Im not sure what song it is... if anyone can clue me in that would be great... Just somethin to think about in your spare time (i have too much on my hands obviously)
