San Francisco Rush 2049 Easter Egg - STV
On the first three tracks, you'll notice STV "tags" at various locations. STV refers to Stephen Riesenberger; he designed large parts of the game. (Also, when you touch one of these tags, it will open up access to another part of that track.)
