Peter's daughter is also in the movie during Helm's Deep. She is hiding with the other women and children. In the Lord of the Rings, she is a hobbit hearing Bilbo's story.

Ok, this may or may not be an actual cameo, but its still pretty neat. In LOTR:TTT extended version, when Gollum is looking down a cliff, you can see a picture of director Peter Jackson in the rocks below.
