Green Mile, The Easter Egg - The Prison Janitor

In the seen where Tom Hanks goes to the wardens office, there is a janitor mopping the floor. This janitor is none other than my former music publishing professor at Nashville State Technical Colledge(www.nscc.edu) Bob Delaposta.
One day in class he told us about the prank that the director and tom hanks pulled on him.
After doing numerious takes of that simple hallway sceen, the director told Bob to make sure not to make the floor too slippery becouse he didn't want "Mr.Hanks" to slip. Anyway, on the last take, as tom hanks walks by, he slips and falls (which scared the hell out of mr former professor!). From what I hear, tom hanks not only fell, but he over dramatised the whole thing taking down chairs and things that were around him.
To make a long story short, Bob(my publishing professor) thought he killed tom hanks! After tom got back on his feet however, he explained that it was all a prank and a good laugh was had by all.
