Twisted Metal Easter Egg - The Producer Is Dead?!?

Notice the name of Spectre's driver is Scott Campbell. Supposedly he's a ghost who wants his life back. Scott Campbell is the producer of the Twisted Metal games. (Forgive me if I've gotten his position wrong.)
