go to the briefing, not the actual level. (we waited an hour there) it will take 3 minutes in the briefing room after the start of the briefing. it isn't there very long, get pad and paper (or printscreen button) ready.

The recipe can be found in the first tutorial mission with the terrans with Starcraft original, wait for a while, and it will start saying things like "End of Breifing", "End of Briefing (no, really)" etc... then it will show the recipe. The recipe is: Chinese Lemon Chicken 1 pound sliced chicken brst [breast] 1 tsp [teaspoon] corn starch 3 tbsp [tablespoon] soy sauce (dark) 1 sliced lemon It does not, however, display the method, or how many it serves.

Make sure you looked on the briefing screen, not the actual mission, you could be there awhile.
